Hotel Albatroz is located in Santa Cruz, very close to Madeira Airport (but far enough so that you won’t hear the planes) and about 20 minutes from Funchal. Nearby, the small town of Santa Cruz has a few restaurants and a supermarket. The rooms are spacious and quiet, with spectacular ocean views. The seawater swimming pools are amazing. The restaurant serves delicious food.
